Shipping to Greece
We do not charge shipping costs for deliveries within Greece. We work with EASY MAIL to manage shipments within Greece. In the rare event that the area where you live is not served by the EASY MAIL network, KOUTRAS KAROLOS DIO. will send your order in an alternative way, without transport costs.
Your orders are shipped within 48 hours. In some cases where the availability of the products is different (it will be shown on the product page) you will be notified of the exact delivery date. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure (bad weather, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to confirm if you wish to complete your order.
Please note that there may be some extra delay in delivery to areas more than 20km from courier headquarters and some remote islands.
Shipping to Cyprus
Deliveries in Cyprus are made by DHL and EMS courier. The charge per shipment is €9.
Your orders are shipped within 48 hours. Delivery takes place 1-2 business days after the product is shipped. In some cases where the availability of the products is different (it will be shown on the product page) you will be notified of the exact delivery date. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure (bad weather, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to complete your order.

Shipping to European Countries
Deliveries in Europe are made by DHL and EMS couriers. The charge per shipment is €9.

If your order cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure (bad weather, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to complete your order.

Shipping outside the EU
To obtain products from outside the EU, please contact us before placing your order.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
You cannot change the delivery address once your order has been sent to the courier company
All orders require a signature from the recipient upon delivery
If the courier is unable to find you at the address provided you will be notified with a warning note to contact them and arrange a new delivery time
Orders in Greece are delivered between 9.00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m. (Depending on delivery area)
In case you wish to receive your order from a courier store, submit it as a note on the order form or contact us to inform you of the nearest store to you
